Life Support/Defibrillator Training

You may be aware that about four years ago we were fortunate in obtaining a defibrillator for the village, from East Midlands Ambulance Service. It is kept on the wall of the Church Hall. EMAS also provided a training session for twenty villagers. There have recently been a few requests for another training session for new people or as a refresher. We would have to pay £500 upwards this time, depending on numbers, however there are grants we can apply for and we hope to raise funds towards this at the picnic in July. It would most likely be a three hour session one Saturday in late 2017/early 2018.
