Easter Ring - Fun had by all......

Thank you Gilly and David, for another fun and sociable workshop. This Easter themed welcome ring is really cute - we may even get birds nesting in it.......Let's hope this heralds the start of some real spring weather!

The First Pudding Club Night.......

There was a real buzz in the Church Hall last night, where thirty local people, friends and family gathered to enjoy coversation over Laura Kay's delicious fayre. Warming tomato soup and home baked bread was followed with a wide selection of cheeses and pate after which we were entertained by Laura's engaging demonstration of Old Fashioned Banana Bread and Chocolate Muffins with an Easter twist. A range of puds which Laura had made earlier, including Key Lime Pie, were consumed with gusto and many folk took away the recipes, enthusiastic to have a go at home. Thanks to Laura and all the people who helped and enjoyed the evening. Remember our AGM on Thursday 3rd May at 6.30pm.
